Director of EMS, Angie is responsible for the overall operations of the department, she provides oversight to the EMS department, develops budgets and policies and plans long and short-term goals, and is the political liaison for the EMS department to various local, regional and state EMS governing agencies.
Angie began her EMS career and was initially certified as an EMT in 1989. She went on to obtain certification as an EMT-I and then a Paramedic (MICT) in 1997. Angie has volunteered for Moundridge EMS since 1989 as well as been a street level paramedic and team leader for McPherson EMS for 16 years. Beginning in September 2008, she became the full-time director for Moundridge EMS.

Miranda began her EMS career and was initially certified as an EMT in January of 2006. Miranda has been the EMS administrative assistant for Moundridge EMS since 2007 as well as volunteered for Moundridge EMS since 2006.

Rusty Walter click here to contact me

Rusty has been active with Moundridge EMS since the fall of 2006 serving as an EMT-ID. He started his career in emergency services in 1980 as a senior in high school. He joined the Cunningham Fire Department and became an EMT that fall. He worked full time for Riley County EMS while attending KSU in the early 1980's. In December 1986 He moved to Burrton and joined both the fire and ambulance department there. He is still there, currently serving as the Co-Director of EMS and as a line firefighter for the fire department. He is also a city councilman and the chair of the fire Board in Burrton. Rusty has been involved with several of the EMS organizations in the state serving on the boards of KEMTA, KEMSA, and Region III EMS Council. He is also a member of the NAEMT national organization.

Angie Neufeld

Angie began her EMS career volunteering at Goessel First Response and was initially certified as an EMT in 2005. Angie has been the EMS assistant since 2007 as well as volunteered for Moundridge EMS since 2007. Angie went to Tabor College for two years and currently works full-time at Rama in Moundridge as well as being Mother to two daughters.

Jeremy Moore

Jeremy began his EMS career and was initially certified as an EMT in 2001. Jeremy works full-time at Moridge Manufacturing and has volunteered for Moundridge EMS since 2001.
